Xiaomi fans in India can finally rejoice. The company has confirmed it will launch the Xiaomi 14 smartphone in the country on March 7.
The Xiaomi 14 was unveiled back in October 2023 in China, alongside the more premium 14 Pro model. But for India, Xiaomi is sticking to just the regular 14 for now.
This isn’t surprising given Xiaomi’s track record of not launching its ultra-premium phones in India. The upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra will likely remain exclusive to other regions.

Spec-wise, the Xiaomi 14 brings some solid flagship-level features. You get a 6.36-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 50MP triple Leica cameras, and fast 90W charging.
Pricing and availability details will be revealed at the March 7 India launch event. While not Xiaomi’s cutting-edge flagship, the vanilla Xiaomi 14 will give options like the OnePlus 11 and iQOO 11 competition in the premium Android space.
