The results are in, and the Samsung Galaxy M35 failed to win over voters in last week’s poll. Despite its impressive 6,000mAh battery, most respondents felt that there are better mid-range options available, including its sibling, the Galaxy A35.
The Battery Advantage Falls Short
While the Galaxy M35 boasts a larger battery capacity (1,000mAh more than the A35’s battery), this wasn’t enough to sway opinions. Comparisons with older models like the Galaxy M51 and M62, which featured even larger 7,000mAh batteries, left the M35 looking less impressive.
Charging Speed Concerns
A common gripe among voters was the M35’s 25W charging speed. Although this matches the charging speed of the premium Galaxy S24, the S24 has a smaller 4,000mAh battery, making the M35’s charging speed seem slow in comparison.
Strong Competition
Pricing issues aside, the M35 faces fierce competition in the mid-range market. Voters pointed out that there are more compelling options available, including the Galaxy A35. Some also mentioned the Galaxy M55 as a potentially better deal, depending on regional availability.
Broader Preferences
In addition to Samsung alternatives, many voters suggested non-Samsung options as better mid-range choices. This indicates a broader preference for other brands when it comes to finding value in this segment.
Despite its large battery, the Samsung Galaxy M35 couldn’t stand out in the competitive mid-range market. Voters highlighted charging speed concerns and stronger alternatives as key reasons for their lack of enthusiasm.
