The cover display will now be a 6.3” panel with a 22.1:9 aspect ratio, a change from the previous 23.1:9 ratio. The resolution is 968 x 2,376 pixels, and it remains a 120Hz LTPS panel. The internal display is slightly altered, measuring 7.6” with a 1,856 x 2,160px resolution and a 10.5:9 aspect ratio. This is also a 120Hz display, though not LTPO.
Processor and Memory
The spec sheet indicates an octa-core CPU, suggesting the use of a Snapdragon processor. The device will feature 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
Battery and Connectivity
The Galaxy Z Fold6 will have a 4,400mAh battery, the same as its predecessor. Charging speed details are not provided, but significant changes are not anticipated. Connectivity options include USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, Wi-Fi 6 (ax), Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, UWB, and 5G.
Camera
The camera setup remains largely unchanged from the Z Fold5. The rear camera array includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS and 8K @ 30fps video recording, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens with a 120° field of view. There are two selfie cameras: a 10MP on the cover display and a 4MP under the main display.
Pricing and Availability
