The Samsung Galaxy F15 5G, an affordable new addition to the company’s expansive smartphone portfolio, now has an official unveiling date set for March 4th. Samsung India revealed landing pages previewing the upcoming device in partnership with retailer Flipkart.
Details around pricing remain unconfirmed, but based on fine print the Galaxy F15 5G is expected to retail between 10,000 and 15,000 Indian rupees ($120 to $180).
Samsung touts the Galaxy F15 as the only phone at this price point to include standout features like a Super AMOLED display, four generations of Android OS updates, and five years of security patches. Familiar Galaxy series design elements are also present including a trio of rear cameras devoid of camera bumps.
Specifications appear similar to 2022’s Galaxy A15 model so far. Rumors point to a Dimensity 6100+ chipset, the same 50MP main + 5MP ultrawide + 2MP depth camera array, and a large 6,000mAh battery.
