Specifically, they suggest Oppo has collaborated with Sony on a customized camera sensor for the Reno 12 lineup. Potentially elevating image quality over their Reno 11 predecessors.
Quick refresher: those Reno 11 models packed 50MP main cams on the standard and Pro models, with a 64MP shooter on the Reno 11 F instead. No clues yet on 12-series camera specs or model composition.
But Oppo teaming with the legendary Sony sensor engineers sure seems promising! Especially if they’ve crafted something new tailored precisely for the Reno 12’s needs.
