Key Specifications and Improvements
- Processor and RAM: The Moto E14 retains the Unisoc T606 chipset but is equipped with 2GB of RAM, limiting it to running Android 14 Go Edition.
- Storage: A significant upgrade is the shift from eMMC storage in the E13 to 64GB UFS 2.2 in the E14, providing faster data access. The phone also features a microSD slot for expandable storage.
- Display: The device sports a 6.56” IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution, now enhanced with a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
- Battery: The E14 continues with a 5,000mAh battery but now supports 15W charging—a 50% improvement over last year’s model. Unfortunately, it comes with a 10W charger in the box.
Camera and Other Features
- Cameras: The rear camera setup remains unchanged with a single 13MP sensor capable of 1080p @ 30fps video recording. The selfie camera is a 5MP module, also capable of 1080p @ 30fps, now housed in a punch-hole design rather than a notch.
- Audio: The E14 features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a single speaker with Dolby Atmos support.
- Connectivity: This 4G phone includes a dual-SIM slot, Wi-Fi 5 (ac), and Bluetooth 5.0, but lacks NFC.
- Build and Design: The device is rated IP52 for water repellence.
