According to a reliable source, iOS 18 will be available for all iPhones that received iOS 17, including the iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, and later models, as well as the 2nd and 3rd generation iPhone SE.

However, on the iPad side, three models will not receive iPadOS 18: the first-generation 10.5″ iPad Pro, the second-generation 12.9″ iPad Pro, and the sixth-generation iPad. iPadOS 18 will support iPad Pros from 2018 and later, iPad Airs, minis, and standard iPads from 2019 and later. Additionally, the “Apple Intelligence” suite of AI features is expected to be exclusive to iPads with Apple’s M series chipsets.
